Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Merchant of Record
Our order process and payment transactions are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd or Paddle Payments Ltd), who acts as the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payments and invoicing.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Auditly paid subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings or the Paddle customer billing portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, and no further recurring charges will be incurred.
3. Refund Eligibility (14-Day Window)
We want you to be satisfied with Auditly. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase date. Refund requests made after 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Ineligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued in cases where an account has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service, including unauthorized scanning of third-party infrastructure, penetration testing attempts, or abusive automated scanning.
5. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email our billing team at billing@auditly.io or contact Paddle customer support via the link on your purchase invoice. Please include your registered email address and transaction or order ID.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days.
